Foundation Kinesiology Practitioner

FKP part 1 (8 days)

 

FKP part 1 introduces you to the world of Kinesiology. It gives you a thorough grounding that provides an excellent foundation for any other kinesiology training and / or an invaluable additional tool to apply in any therapy and in your own life.

It includes all the material taught in TFH workshops 1 and 2 and much more.

You learn the art of muscle testing and muscle biofeedback for assessing :

structure   -   nutrition   -   emotion   -   energy

You learn:

  • a range of muscle tests
  • the basic principles of acupuncture
  • the muscle, meridian and organ correlations,
  • to find connections and prioritise imbalances
  • to select the most effective treatment
  • greater awareness and effective communication

You learn a range of gentle yet powerful treatments that stimulate and/or balance all the body's systems: structural, nervous, lymphatic, vascular, emotional, nutritional, energetic etc. You also learn surrogate testing, basic food testing, basic hand modes and many self-help techniques.

Kinesiology adds the dimension of subtle energy to assessment and treatment and provides a practical way of working with this to bring the body/mind into balance and harmony to optimise its self healing process.

Foundation Kinesiology Practitioner

FKP part 2 (4 days)

4 days

FKP part 2 includes all the material in TFH levels 3 and 4 and more. It expands your knowledge and skills and adds new wonderful options and possibilities.

You learn:

  • more useful muscle tests for a more comprehensive assessment
  • additional corrections and energy balancing methods
  • more about Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the acupuncture system
  • to assess and balance the emotions, sounds, colours, smells etc.
  • postural analysis, accident trauma release and pain release and control
  • advanced emotional balancing

Having completed our FKP training you have a comprehensive system of health care which you can apply with confidence to yourself and others.

Home study: You should allow a minimum of three hours study / practice per week. You are not required to write essays.

Assessment (Optional):You are assessed on your work throughout the course, home study assignments, a practical and a written paper.
